1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, browsing or otherwise using softrock.co.nz (the "site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please stop using the site immediately. We may update these terms from time to time — the version published at this URL with the effective date shown above is the version that applies to your use of the site today. Your continued use of the site after an update is published means you accept the updated terms. We recommend you re-read this page on every visit, or at least the first time you visit after the effective date changes.

2. About SoftRock NZ

SoftRock NZ is an independent editorial site based in Wellington, New Zealand, covering online pokies and casinos for New Zealand players. 3. Affiliate disclosure

SoftRock NZ is reader-supported. 9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, SoftRock NZ, its operators, contributors and content partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage you sustain in connection with your use of this site or any third-party operator we link to. In particular and without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for:

• Losses you sustain at third-party operators — including but not limited to deposits placed, wagers lost, balances frozen, bonuses voided, accounts closed, KYC failures and disputes over withdrawal. Those events arise from your relationship with the operator, not with SoftRock NZ.

10. Indemnity

• Your unlawful, fraudulent or otherwise wrongful use of the site;
• Any attempt by you to access the site if you are under 18 years of age;
• Any attempt by you to access the site or any operator we link to from a jurisdiction in which doing so is unlawful;
• Your breach of these terms, of any third-party operator's terms, or of any applicable law in connection with your use of the site.

This indemnity survives termination of your use of the site.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes — anything that meaningfully alters your rights or obligations — will be flagged with a notice at the top of this page for at least 30 days following the change. Continuing to use the site after an update is published means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, please stop using the site.

12. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You and SoftRock NZ submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts in respect of any such dispute. This clause does not prevent us from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any other jurisdiction where it is appropriate to do so to protect our rights, including in cases of intellectual-property infringement.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found by a New Zealand court to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any other notices we publish on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and SoftRock NZ regarding your use of softrock.co.nz, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject.
